Day 10 ~ Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge ~ 6/10/12

Breakfast - Body by Vi shake with 1/2 banana
Snack - Chobani yogurt and an apple
Lunch ~ Body by Vi shake with orange flavor packet  (yum!)
Snack - 4 mini Dove chocolates (darned husband for bringing them home!)
Dinner - Sweet and sour chicken and fried rice
Snack - Homemade potato chips (1/2 potato, tops)

Well, the chinese food probably wasn't the best choice for dinner. I'm sure I'll be bloated and salty tomorrow.  Plus, I did eat too much of it. I let myself get TOO hungry.  No more eating out!!  We have to stop doing that!

  1. I always regret eating Chinese food because it is so salty ... but it tastes so good too!
