We spent the whole day at home. Which of course made eating easier for me. I am going a little stir crazy and was actually looking forward to getting out of the house though! I do daycare at home so some weeks, I don't get out much.
It was fun with the kids though. They had a blast in the snow and I got some organizing in my room done. I didn't get out of bed until about 10 so eating started late. I made the family brunch. French toast sticks, cheesy eggs, bacon and ham. I just had a big bite of the cheesy eggs and a yogurt and I was good to go!
Now I'm up way too late trying to catch up on writing up all of the recipes I've been making for my recipe blog!
Today's Eats:
Yogurt = 100
Bite of Cheesy Eggs = 50
Snow Peas = 35
Chipotle Bean Burrito = 250
Apple = 110
Chicken with broccoli & onions = 550
Total calories = 1005 calories
Plenty of water, close to 140 oz.
I feel like I'm missing something. I thought that I calculated about 1100 before so I either ate something else for 100 calories or I miscalculated. No wonder I'm hungry! :-)
Way to go on the water Debbi. The more you drink the easier it gets....and even your bladder adaps to it eventually. lol
