Breakfast - Body by Vi shake with a bit of white chocolate pudding mix
Snack - Yogurt
Lunch - Body by Vi shake with 1/2 banana
Snack - little bit of ham with mustard, several bites of baked beans, yogurt
Dinner - Tacos
I still got to work on eliminating a snack. I'm not necessarily eating it because I'm hungry, just because I'm in the mood to eat something. That was the reason for the last yogurt and the bites of baked beans. All in all, I'm happy with how things are going. The cravings have stopped and my overwhelming desire to eat the house is gone. The afternoon is the hardest, I think it's force of habit to just munch in the afternoon. The Body by Vi shakes are plenty filling so I don't NEED to do that. I just need to listen to my body and remember that.
You really sound like you doing great Debbi. Snacking is hard to go without especially since we have daycare and they need those snacks so it's habit.
ReplyDeleteBut look how strong you are this time around. You are really doing awesome. I hope you are feeling better and stronger for all that work too. How's your daughter doing? Even a tiny bit here and there makes a huge difference. Keep up the great work.
