I was hungry today. Which is annoying. I ate good, ate a lot of protein. Pretty much my normal stuff. But I was hungry. By the time dinner came, I was ravenous but then felt good. I had steak, grilled pineapple and baked beans. Filled me right up. I even ate 2 extra pieces of pineapple because they were SO sweet and just like dessert!
Then came ice cream. I was scooping some up for the kids and I took a spoonful. Then another. Okay, it was 3 small spoonfulls. Ugh! It isn't like it was the end of the world but I just so didn't need to end the day with ice cream. Oh well.
I came in at about 1500 calories, maybe a bit less. So it was a good day. Tomorrow is the weigh in!!
If you can stop after 3 spoons of icecream, that's not so bad! The ice cream would serve as my entry into a lot more food, I fear. I'm going to be checking out both your blogs! Good idea to have a separate page for the actual working of our programs and results!

I didn't see any mention of exercise on your posts and that would certainely help with the calorie burn. It will be great to see how everybody does with Biz's challenge this summer.
It just isn't summer without a little ice cream, right? I had some frozen yogurt last night and it was delicious. I've decided not to keep any of that stuff in the house so if I want it I have to go out and get a single serving and not torture myself by having easy access to it.
