Weigh In Wednesday

I've been eating like crap. Seriously.  Same old thing. Snacking when I'm not hungry and eating just because it's there and I want it.  I'm busy, I'm stressed...blah, blah, blah.


It's no excuse.  One day I'm ON and ready to go and then the next, I could just care less.  Not happy. at. all.

I gained .2.  So basically the same.  I would have rather seen a LOSS of .2.  That would have been basically the same too but on the slightly more positive side.  Grrrr. 

Funny, I love to cheer fellow bloggers on and try to help.  When it's ME that needs to listen to the words I'm saying!!  Maybe tomorrow??


  1. Such a bummer. I don't know how else to encourage you! What else has worked in the past? Have you thought about getting a buddy to be accountable to or to compete with?

  2. A .2 gain is easily cured. Stop the snacking and eat when you're hungry. And drink the water.

    It is frustrating when we know what we should do, but our bored or stressed or sad selves make us do otherwise. If you figure it out, let me know. I've been doing it lately, too.

  3. ha that is me. I keep having like thoughts.. Oh tomorrow i will do better. I keep having Last time meals and this is the last time i eat this or that. I need to start being like.. TODAY is the day NOW i wont eat that. but its so hard!

  4. Tuesday was my day one and I've been tracking everything that goes in my mouth since. If you can get into the mindset that every piece of food that goes in your mouth has to be written down, I bet you'll have more success! You can do it!!!

  5. You'll get it Debbi. It's hard, I know. I just got back on the train and it's not as easy as I had hoped. Keep trying and Good luck!
