Weigh In Wednesday & Hot 100 Update 9

Yes, I know, it's not Wednesday.  I have thoughts for things to write but never give myself the time and opportunity to get it down.

I'm tired.  So tired.

Weight is about the same. It hasn't gone up, which is nice. But hasn't gone down.  Not surprising though.

Goals:

Posting:  I have the intent and desire but it's still not happening.

Tracking:  Sometimes, vaguely.  It's like I'm either spot on doing good or horrible beyond belief.

Exercise:  Not really.  At least, not as much as I would like.  I'm still doing basic things but need to get into gear more.

Hopefully after the first of the year my life will slow down a bit and I can complete a coherent thought.  :-)

  1. It sounds like you are in a bit of a funk Debbi. We have all been there. The business is hard to deal with though, isn't it? That is probably the most frustrating thing for me.

I hope this is an outstanding week for you!

  2. Just keep focused, Debbie, whether or not you're doing everything you meant to. It's a busy time and we can't do it all. Maintain. Maintain.

  3. Sometimes we just need to take a break from it. The fact that you are maintaining is great! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and a very great week ahead!

  4. I know I get in a funk if I skip my workouts too much, it helps my mood immensely. You need to make some "ME" time and make yourself a priority because you're more than worth it! I hope you have a wonderful weekend, hugs!!

  5. I hope you are able to get some rest. Hang in there, and hopefully it will slow for you soon. The new year will be here before we know it! :-)

  6. Gotta agree with a few of the comments here Debbi - you have done well to maintain your current weight during your funk, it's alway tough when your own brain seems to be your worst enemy. Keep keeping on and your mojo will come back.

  7. Rest whenever you can, Debbi! A rested body makes for a stronger spirit, in my experience. I do agree that working out helps, too, as incongruous as that sounds! Good luck, and hang in there, you are going to be SO proud of yourself when you do!

  8. Oh, you did not get that message: Life does not slow down! But, keep moving forward anyway!
