Day 11 ~ Body By Bi 90 Day Challenge ~ 6/11/12


Today was a better day than this weekend. I don't actually drink my first shake until about 9:30 or 10. So my "snack" is actually right at lunch time when I feed everyone else.  Then "lunch" is about 2:00.  Snack around 4 and dinner around 6:30.  This seems to work out great.  I drink 2 - 16 oz. glasses of water before breakfast and I try to drink another one with everything else that I eat. 

Breakfast - Body By Vi Shake
Snack - Eggs with veggies
Lunch - Body By Vi Shake with 1/2 banana
Snack - Yogurt, a few homemade potato chips
Dinner - Baked Beans
Dessert - Sweet Potato Ice Cream

  1. Did you get the pampered chef potato chip maker? Have you seen that? My friend did a show last week (while we were gone) and texted me about that thing. She said it was awesome!
