Day 14 ~ Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge ~ 6/14/12

Breakfast - Body by Vi Shake
Snack - Yogurt
Lunch - Pizza
Dinner - Body by Vi Shake
Snack - Trail Mix

I started the day good, then I decided to eat pizza. Not smart.  I knew I'd get a gluten headache but I ate it anyways.  Then I ate the shake for dinner.  I ate some trail mix for a snack. I didn't eat a ton but I did eat too much. I need to stay away from trail mix.  It's SO good but very high in calories!


  1. One tbsp. of chia seed reportedly sustained them for ten hours, and much of their modern usage as food that helps you lose weight comes from this appetite-suppressing ability. Thanks a lot.
