Weigh in Wednesday.
I actually almost forgot this morning. But, there it was. The scale. Chuckling as I tried to leave the bathroom.
"Just where do you think you're going?!"
"Uh, sorry. I forgot."
"Not a chance chickie, jump on!"
So I did. I wasn't expecting miraculous results. My eating has just been OKAY this week. It showed a gain of .8. After last weeks loss, I'm okay with that.
Today's eating was just OKAY too. Frozen pizza. Grr. It would be better if the husband and kids ate it all. It's the leftover crusts and pieces that call to me!! So I ate some. Then some leftover peach slaw from last night.
I drank more. Still not enough for some reason, but more.
It is just me at home during the week now so my eating is a whole lot easier. I'm eating my way! lol

ReplyDeleteI would be willing to bet that if you ramp up the water, the little gain you had would go away. All that salt in the processed pizza will just be flushed away.
ReplyDeleteDon't get discouraged, Debbi. This is hard. Real hard. And you can't lose your focus for one minute because it will come back to bite you.
Just try to drink your water, watch your portions, make good choices and move your body a little. It will happen!
