Just Food

I seriously got nothing today.  Here's the eats for day. Made a new squash pasta dish on the spur of the moment based on what ingredients I had. It was awesome and there are plenty of leftovers.

Today's Eats
Ham & Egg Beaters = 120
Yogurt = 100
Salad = 120
Apple Stew = 250
Homemade tortilla chips = 100
Squash pasta = 560

Total = 1250 calories
Water = Plenty
Exercise = check

    Nothing today? How about reminding me of what it feels like to be in the low 230s! I am dreaming about getting there (haven't seen 230 since 1990). Are you close to moving into a lower size again?! I can tell, 2011 is going to be a very good year for you!

  2. I am so impressed with your meals and that you can keep your calories that low. If I get below 1400 I feel like I'm going to pass out! That's some iron will control you have. Great job!

  3. It isn't nothing - you ate on plan and stayed on track. That is a whole lot of something.
